progress..... a lovely thing!

Here is my blog Fit test  from DAY ONE JUNE 21st! (scroll down to see improvement)

Well, here I go... giving Insanity my best effort.   I am so excited!!!!!! 
 I started the work out yesterday with the FIT Test!  Here are my reps! The test is as many reps as you can do in one minute.  I  Will Test again every two weeks to see what my progress is, looking forward to that two week finish line!  But also hoping to see little results by next week as that's when hubby will be home! 

Week ONE- FIT TEST
 Switch kicks= 90
Power Jacks= 51
Power Knees=70
Power Jumps=43
Globe Jumps=8
Suicide jumps= 14
Push-up Jacks= 14
Low Plank Obliques= 45

After today doing the Plyometric Cardio Circuit I am definitely sore!  I went grocery shopping yesterday and got myself some of that Protein Energy Powder with Whey... lots of fruits and veggies....  I think sticking to the meal plan is going to be the hardest part for me.  Although most of the food looks pretty good so maybe not... I just have kids to feed as well.. so I'm either going to make them eat the same thing or some meals I may be making several different plates!!! 
 My goals with Insanity are mostly toning!  I also want to lose a couple inches off my waist and gain more energy! I am not sure a mom with three kids will ever have more than enough energy as they always seem to zap it from me... after working out it's not like I can take a nice long nap or spend the day relaxing... I am serving breakfast the minute I get done, cleaning up breakfast, logging onto MFP and Team Beach body.. (usually with interruptions) then back to straitening up and getting the kids ready to go...and packing a lunch!  Today we spent four hours at the pool!  Then of course they all nap at different' times so there is NO napping for me!  By the time I get home it's time to make dinner, clean... then try to spend some one on one time with each of my three children, then comes bath time... clean up time again and finally bed time!  I'm lucky if I have enough time to Blog.  But here's to giving it a try!

I didn't wake up as early today to work out.. I decided to eat some breakfast and be lazy first.  So glad I did because by the time I started I was feeling pretty darn good.... and my results proved it!  
 
Switch Kicks- 103
Power Jacks- 64 (most I've ever done)
Power Knees-121 (MOST)
Power Jump- 85
Globe Jumps-13
Suicide Jumps-21 (MOST)
Push Up Jacks- 37 (MOST)
Low Plank Obliques- 74

some of these stayed about the same since my last one.. but at least those four were the best ever!  

I'm in my last two weeks of Insanity.. and will take ONE last fit test at the end!  If you want to share your fit test progress... leave your week one and the week your on in my comment section of this page!  It's a great testimony that Insanity DOES in fact WORK!  Thank YOU!  Remember it's not about just losing weight but being healthy and strong!
